* Good at Microsoft .Net architecture
* demonstrated skills in object oriented system design by C#, C++,
* Fluent oral English
* Microsoft SQL server admin is one advantage
* Experience in using Microsoft project
* Basic knowledge of CMM
* one or two years working experience is a must
